I felt good. For some odd reason my left groin was hurting during, but oh well. I pushed through and ran. I could have still run at the end, but I am doing the whole 10% increase a week thing. No reason to push it and injure myself, right???
Dinner is in the oven and on the stove. I think Thursday I will do my "speed" interval thingy. Maybe. Or maybe I will just run another 28.5 :) Only time will tell.
